Born in 2001, Gabriel Meloni already presented himself on the podium in various formations as a child, making his debut with orchestra at the age of ten. In the meantime, he has performed several times at the Vienna Konzerthaus as well as the Vienna Musikverein and as part of the Bregenz Festspiele, ORF and Allianz.
After having started the piano with Ivan Karpati, Gabriel Meloni continued with Gerhard Vielhaber at the Landeskonservatorium Feldkirch and parallel with Oliver Schnyder. He then studied with Konstantin Scherbakov at the PreCollege of the Zurich University of the Arts. He is currently completing his Bachelor's degree with Jan Jiracek von Arnim and studying chamber music with Stefan Mendl at the University of Music and Performing Arts Vienna. He attended master classes with Lang Lang, Pavel Gililov, Michel Béroff, Bernd Goetzke and Anna Malikova.
He is a laureate of several competitions, including winning second prize at the "Rotary Klavierpreis" in Lindau in 2018. In 2012 he won third prize at the international "Jenö Takacs Competition" in Burgenland, and in 2019 third prize at the international "Nuova Coppa Pianisti" competition in Osimo (IT). He also won several first and special prizes at the national competition "Prima La Musica". Between the ages of eleven and thirteen, he participated three times in the "Vienna Young Pianists" master class in Vienna, where he won the interpretation prize twice and the "Münchner Klavierpodium" prize once. He has been a scholarship holder at the Liechtenstein Music Academy since May 2016.
Gabriel is also active as a chamber musician. A CD recording with bassoon and several first and special prizes at international and national competitions, including "Luigi Nono" in Turin 2017, underline this.
Further invitations boosted his concert activity, for example, he was invited by the Innstrumenti Chamber Orchestra, Knittelfeld Chamber Orchestra and the Collegium Innstumentale Dornbirn to perform as a soloist. He has also been invited to play a recital by the EPTA, the Swiss Chambermusic Festival, the Klevischer Musiksommer, Musik Hug in Zurich, "Amici della Musica Piemonte" and the Musikfreunde Straubing.

2001 geboren, präsentiert sich Gabriel Meloni bereits im Kindesalter in den verschiedensten Formationen am Podium, so debütierte er im Alter von zehn Jahren mit Orchester. Weitere Einladungen kurbelten seine Konzerttätigkeit an, so wurde er beispielsweise vom Kammerorchester Innstrumenti, Kammerorchester Knittelfeld sowie vom Collegium Innstumentale Dornbirn eingeladen, als Solist aufzutreten. Zudem wurde er von der EPTA, vom Swiss Chambermusic Festival, vom Klevischen Musiksommer, vom Musik Hug in Zürich, von „Amici della Musica Piemonte“ und von den Musikfreunden Straubing eingeladen, ein Recital zu spielen.
